How to make a latte/cappuccino? - latte: espresso & steamed milk - cappuccino: espresso & steamed milk foam How many calories are in a cup of coffee? - 0 if we are talking black coffee What is fair trade coffee? - A co-op of professionals who follow a certain standard set by the Faire trade organization. Is coffee bad for you? - No. Coffee has quite a few health benefits but makes sure you drink enough water. Can you drink coffee while pregnant? - Yes, it's recommended to not exceed 200 MGs which is about 2 cups. Where does coffee come from? - Coffee is harvested from coffee cherries. Don't shoot these ideas down either.  Think how could we actually make this happen and you may be surprised.  Another way to help be creative is to list out all attributes of a product or service. Then figure out how you can improve each attribute

#007 - Happiness: The difference between pleasure and fulfillment.

As @braden_mosley [https://www.instagram.com/braden_mosley/] and @ben10hermann [https://www.instagram.com/ben10hermann/] started talking about fitness, they quickly went into the deep underlying factors of happiness.  There are two ways to define happiness: pleasure and fulfillment. Pleasure is often referring to immediate gratification and dopamine hits in your brain, while fulfillment is the long-term feeling that you are doing what is right and being your best self.  Rarely does the path to fulfillment start with pleasure.  Discipline plays a massive role in fulfillment, no matter what your goals are. If you want to lose 10 pounds (the right way) it most likely isn’t going to be pleasurable in the beginning, but once you are seeing progress, you will begin to feel the stronger version of happiness we call fulfillment.
