On the go presence practice: Stand in line without checking your phone. Feel the urge, witness the thought pattern noise that happens. Action: Daily Check- In Start your day with: What am I thinking/feeling right now? How do I feel today? Right now? How do you want your day to unfold? ** not envision the overwhelming amount of things you need to do all day so then you are already feeling overwhelmed and then trying to revert that to how you want to feel. Start from presence and non judgement, then move to choice. Evening recap: 3 things you were grateful for for the day, and where did I operate on autopilot today? Where were you aware and choosing your thoughts/feelings/emotions? This is a public episode.
