But maybe there is more to learn from the lows than we think! In this episode, I use stagnation, hibernation and dormancy to help us delve into the lows that we can feel. Is it ok to lean into those times and is there a healthy way to understand what we are feeling and going through. What's up Creatives! Welcome to my podcast, where I share my journey of finding my creativity and helping you find your own. Ever feel alone or that no one understands? I've been there and you've found your tribe! Psalms 139:13-14 For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. You have been made by the Master Creator for a unique purpose.  You are worth it to be protective of your environment; what you consume with your eyes, ears and thoughts and of course your stomach. This will allow you to create from a healthy place. Be Selective with the friends you hang with and what you choose to create. Create what you are drawn to not what you think other people will like. It's ok to be competitive. Up your game and go at it with all you are, but remember that you are not trying to beat someone else at being who they are. The competition is a drive to be yourself with the strength from the Master Creator. P.S. (Pete Says) Stay Creative, it's that important. Pete
