Welcome to Pleasure Island's reboot. After sustaining one of the most challenging years of my lifetime, and still on-going, The Pleasure Island Podcast will now be an experimental attempt at sanity. A vehicle in which honest exploration of the reality before me can be had and shared with friends, and people of interest, in an attempt forge some fabric of understanding. Miho Hatori is a songwriter, musician, and performance artist(and overall legend)who endeavors into the transcendent frequently by way of of her avant- grade creations such as New Optimism, Cibo Matto, and Salon Mondialité. Miho provided me with great support and guidance through this challenging year using creativity as the medium in which to do so.
