Exercise is important. Too bad I hate it!😂 But at least I’m at a point in my life when I realize, though it is not so fun, it is necessary. Do you know what group of muscles is most important for us to keep strong? I’ll give you the answer in the audio today. We are continuing on lessons from Jesus in the Gospels. There is a spiritual discipline that is very necessary, though not fun, that we must master so that we can have strong Christian lives. We’ll also be talking about this exercise today. Any guesses?

Jesus taught with authority. People were astonished at His confidence; this came from His knowledge of God and the Word of God. We, too, can have that confidence! Know your stuff! Today’s encouragement is just that -- Does everything you do in your Christian life have a root in a specific Scripture? Could you show that verse to anyone who asks? Let’s be students of the Word, with a life that backs it up!
