I wanted to encourage you mamas out there to raise your babies w/ the help of God guiding you. These are some things personally I do.. & I don't always get it right but man is it a breath of fresh air when I surrender my kids over to the Lord and am intentional about my walk with him! It rubs off on my kids & they what I do more than what I say.

Partnering with God when it comes to parenting

We are all in this parenting thing together figuring out how to raise our kids & I have a few tips on what I have discovered through motherhood. God gave us the gift of parenting to "guide" our kids.. Not to control them.. It's important that we are inviting God into our daily parenting. The more you grow spiritually and mature emotionally, the healthier you can be as a parent.

Dopamine plays a role as a "reward center" in your brain & can affect your mood, motivation, attention & more.. It's known as the feel good hormone. It gives you a sense of pleasure.. But so many people have unhealthy dopamine highs that are leaving them feeling empty. Trust me.... I discovered it myself. Enjoy this episode!
