What Old Testament

The term "Old Testament" is a misnomer.  Only a small portion of the first 39 books of the Bible are actually the "old testament" or the "law of Moses".  There are several more "testaments" or "covenants" in those 39 books and many of those covenants are still in effect today, including the covenant to give the Jews the Promised Land forever.  A better term for the "old testament" is to use the name "Hebrew Bible".  #oldtestament #covenanttheology #covenants #testaments #Israel

Purim 2026

Today, March 3, 2026 is the Biblical holiday of Purim.  Purim is the celebration of God's deliverance of the Jewish people from destruction and God's granting them victory over their enemies.  The events are recorded in the Book of Esther in the Bible and they occurred in the land of Iran.  Today, during the Purim holiday season God is granting the Jews deliverance from the threat of Islamic Iran.  Pray that Iran and the Iranian people will be saved from the curse of the Islamic religion.  Pray that the gospel will spread in Iran.  #Iran #Persia #Purim #Esther #Islam #Iranianrevolution

The Lord's Supper, Communion and The Catholic Mass refuted
