THOMASVILLE — The Thomasville High School baseball team celebrated the 2026 season during its annual baseball banquet July 9 at the Thomasville Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Hunter Norwood received the offensive award, Coleman Pilkington the hustle award, Zamarion Taylor was named rookie of the year and Ronald Johnson received the most improved award. Braydon Bradford was presented the defensive award and Isaac Parten received the pitching award and was recognized for posting the team's highest grade-point average. The Tigers finished 21-11, making it to the quarterfinals of the Class 3A state playoffs before getting swept by Lee-Scott Academy.
