This week, The Doc and Izzy dive headfirst into the mystery box to tackle Sample #33, and things get off the rails fast. We pull out a pour that completely breaks our brains—an absolutely baffling, dessert-level sweet whiskey that has us questioning everything we know about mash bills and barrel aging. Is it a masterpiece, or a total sugar bomb? We try to strip away the bottle bias, but this liquid curveball has us spinning. To make matters better (or worse), we have a special studio guest: The Doc’s boxer, Charles! Unfortunately, Charles doesn't have the patience for high-proof evaluation.
