Episode 2 - Spirituality Is Just You Being Yourself

In this second episode we start with a brief meditative practice connecting our heart to the Earth's core before beginning the conversation of how spirituality is just you being yourself. I approach the conversation of understanding who we are further from a 3 point framework of HONESTY, AWARENESS and HONOR.  1. Honesty — we need to be open, willing, and committed to the truth of who you are through being honest.  2. Awareness — being honest leads us to becoming aware, to know and learn something new about who we are and the world around us but on its own it’s enough!  3. Honor — we need to constantly and actively commit to honoring the truth we became aware of by constantly making certain choices and decisions that reflect the truth of who we are, our values, desires and identities. How are you going to be honor your truth through honesty and awareness this season of your life? or in what ways do you constantly choose to do so?
