We're all guilty of watching our weekends/free time pass us by without accomplishing any of the things we set out to accomplish during these periods of time unfilled by your day job. I want to share with you a few tips that have helped me wake up early and enjoy my weekends while accomplishing the things I want to get accomplished

Replaceable

There comes times when employees may bump heads with their employers. Employees feel underappreciated, taken for granted, or replaceable. I have a few thoughts on that feeling of exchangeability. Creating a series of guidelines and systems that could potentially help any employee fill your position in the case that you should be unable to, be promoted out of, or decide to move on from, should be seen as an incredibly valuable asset to a business. In this episode, I encourage you to think differently about what it means to feel "replaceable" in the workplace and how it doesn't always have to be a negative feeling. Cheers, -T
