I read the first two pages of the incredible novel The Wide Sargasso Sea by Jean Rhys, then tuck into the third chapter of Das Kapital. I say the phrase "20 yards of linen=1 coat" so many times that I started stuttering over these basic nouns. My mouth is tired, but I will not let it apologize. England is not coming to save the values; they're barely possible to speak out loud any more. All that is left is to fight over what will replace it.
