Do you have a vision or something that you want to do or achieve but keep putting it off and making excuses like: I need to get more experience, need to learn and study more or when the kids are grown , when I'm fitter or lose more weight, when I get this or that sorted ,when I have more money etc etc...... the list goes on . If your anything like me, this was my story for years until I decided... no more- THE TIME IS NOW ! there will never be the perfect time in my head but actually the perfect time is NOW. this was my experience with starting this podcast .

I want to tell you a story that happened to me two years ago. I was in an accident where I was told I would never walk properly again . O would be constant pain, walk with limp and have to have steroids for the rest of your life life......I looked at the consultants in a top Bristol hospital in disbelief and walked out.. this is my story .
