The Whiskey Granny
What goes into new oak barrels? What might tasting it do for us? What I found out is that it tastes just as good but the charred oak makes it taste even better over time. And that is how we get bourbon and whiskey. Come on a bit of a porch journey with me and taste the white dog (new make). The stuff off the still before it goes into a barrel. What stories and memories might show up?
