Welcome to my podcast! I'm Fayth, a registered dental hygienist in Ontario and a future myofunctional therapist. In this week's episode, I'm going to be touching on what the heck a myofunctional therapist is, and the relevance of this field to me. I share some experiences from my past, from birth to adulthood to be exact. I wanted to share my story because I know there's so many people out there that can relate. My goal is to educate people about orofacial myofunctional disorders (OMD's) and how they impact the WHOLE body. I want to change the way we treat symptoms over root causes!
