Anxiety and stress comes in the form of all shapes and sizes. I let it dictate and control my reality for too long in my early 20's. I became accustomed to being highly strung and functioning in an elevated, clouded emotional state that wasn't serving my future self. Now, with a deeper understanding and real life experience I've found a way to mitigate self inflicted stress and spiralling thoughts through mental tool kits and practical remedies. To compliment these solutions, I've discovered importance of habits that provides a key pillar to preventing unnecessary stress and anxiety from a baseline perspective.

This week we were privileged to speak with Tina Bruce, a yoga and breathwork facilitator, retreat leader and author amongst many other skill sets that has forged a pathway to authentic empowerment through her own transformation and healing journey.  When she got to near breaking point through an overwhelming amount of stress through her career in western medical practice and life as a Mother she embarked on a new trajectory through finally taking control of her mind, body and spirit and healing her inner child. Today she helps others do the same through various modalities and by teaching the necessary tools we must learn to find our true calling in life and how to pay attention to our intuitive voice.
