Send us a text [https://www.buzzsprout.com/twilio/text_messages/2241991/open_sms] Change is inevitable, its no stranger to us, but often times it can feel uncalled for or overwhelming. In this episode, I sit down with yall to reflect on my current transition period in life and how I'm trying to stay present and enjoy the highs and lows of life. In the end, life is about perspective, and this my current framework for getting me through this season. I hope yall enjoy! Episode 2023 Annual Self- Performance Review with Shila Farahani Cover

2023 Annual Self- Performance Review with Shila Farahani

Send us a text [https://www.buzzsprout.com/twilio/text_messages/2241991/open_sms] If you feel like you've had a slow start to the new year, I'm right there with you! In today's episode, I force my sister and I to take an hr from our day to reflect on the past year to prepare ourselves for this upcoming year - I like to call it The Annual Self-Performance Review. These are the 7 questions we asked ourselves:  1. what did i change my mind on this year?  2. what created energy this year?  3. what drained energy this year  4. who were the boat anchors in my life?  5. what did i not do because of fear  6. what were my greatest hits and misses 7. what did i learn this year?  It's never too late to take time to reflect, and I highly encourage you to do this as well!
