We struggle with this, as there is a difference between hearing and listening, when we recognise the difference we will realise what we can learn no matter others may go through. We are capable of listening to the hardships of people, "we have two ears and one mouth, yet we fail to use them in the proportion given" We actually forget the impact that not listening creates/ develops and speaks. Episode 4 FIGHTING (continued) PT 2

We have to learn that in a world that accepts situations from one parameter and not to another it becomes tough, worst that we dont see it. The battle starts in the mind, males tend to close off, told to speak more but seldom listen to.  I look at all different things that seem to show me constantly like its telling me there is more in me, to surrender no more, not physically but internally. Episode 3 FIGHTING PT 1

This episode came from a realisation of a place that I need to be in, we can be in, everything that we have there is a inner part of us that needs  to come out of us, this keeps speaking to me, showing there has to be more options than where I am,  where I have been for far to long time. At no means am I stating this is easy, a lot of backwards and forwards, to and fro, beyond all that the world states, in speech and media narrative, being a male and thte standards make it just as hard but I must fight WE MUST FIGHT. Episode 2 ⚠️⚠️⚠️THE REVISIT⚠️⚠️⚠️ (spoken word)

⚠️⚠️⚠️ -----TRIGGER WARNING-----⚠️⚠️⚠️ In this episode I took it upon myself to revisit the location that changed my life, tough as it was there was such a growth in me, it came from a realisation and revealing only when I got to the location. I have found a creative way in which Icould release this and test this out in this episode)  I am still in a process of growth and I have due to the last episode got therapy, specifically TRAUMATOLOGY (specialists in trauma study and resolution), please consider your own therapy, aid yourself in whatever way in which you can grow, shift and develop yourself beyond past what was taken. You are capable, I am working and realising there is more beyond this, that broke me, aimed to ruin me but I am taking a tactical stance. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ MY TRUTH that changed me ⚠️⚠️⚠️

⚠️⚠️-----TRIGGER WARNING-----⚠️⚠️ things spoken in this episode are to do with rape , sexual interaction, racial matters and unfair treatment⚠️⚠️⚠️ This recording has been recorded over and over to make sure I could share without breaking down, Some attempts you wouldn't have even been able to hear me audibly, so I ended up sharing partial detail being conscious of those who have faced rape themselves, some of what I shared can still effect others and I am being conscious of them also, but I will share other perspectives from this episode. Me speaking my ''Truth" is to encourage others to do the same, I am working on so many things to push against shame, regret and self hatred along with others, are all party to trauma  I AM A SURVIVOR of rape although there are lots of things that still cause fear, concern and doubt in myself,  I am working on the notion that I have choice, simple in saying but its the doing,  lots of things I have moved on from like triggers and reminders these I am working on until I overcome.
