We may talk about trauma as a concept, but for many, it is a lived reality. With both historical and recurring trauma as yet unresolved, South Africans have many wounds to heal. It was during the July 2021 Riots that we saw how deep these psychological wounds are in our young people. And so, TSBU clinical psychologists Linda Mthenjane and Gugu Gigaba started the bigger conversation in the dedicated podcast series: Trauma: The Silent Scream.
