Jeremy is and Entrepreneur, investor, and real estate agent. Jeremy started with humble beginnings growing up in a single family house hold. At the age of 8, he started his first business mowing lawns throughout the trailer park he grew up in. In 2006, he began working for Chick-fil-A and traveled the country opening stores until he daughter was born in 2013. Jeremy and his wife Nikki purchased their first rental property in 2015. Today, their portfolio includes 22 doors including short-term and long-term rentals. They are currently building a 400 unit self-storage facility and will be entering into residential real estate development by the end of the year.

Kathi Wilson, educational advocate and founder of KSW Educational Concepts

Kathi Wilson, founder of KSW Educational Concepts, has over 20 years experience as a teacher, counselor/advocate, school and special education administrator.  How children learn and respond to instruction is what drives her work.  Kathi’s understanding of children keeps her focused on who they are as growing individuals.   She has worked with children from Kindergarten through high school.  Kathi has partnered with parents, outside providers and school teams in hundreds of 504, learning evaluations and IEP meetings to design learning environments that benefit everyone.  A believer in lifelong education she strives to understand the child in the context of school today - so they will be ready to tackle the world of tomorrow. Candice is the CEO and Managing Attorney of Shepard Law, PLLC, a law firm in the Charlotte, NC Metro area serving multiple counties in two locations. The firm’s revenue and client base has doubled and tripled year-over-year by prioritizing the service philosophy at the forefront of the business model, and seeking out a unified team who have the same mindset. Ryan Freda of Northline Roofing
