This week we headed down to Eden Prairie, Minnesota to sit down with Dr. Spencer Lindholm, sports chiropractor and owner of Great North Athletics — and honestly, the gym space alone was worth the trip. Spencer has over a decade of experience in sports injury, rehabilitation, and performance training, and he's built his practice around one core belief: if you have a body, you're an athlete, and movement is medicine. In this episode, we get into what personalized, whole-person care actually looks like in practice — and why the traditional model of rushing people in and out the door just doesn't cut it when you're trying to figure out why someone keeps getting hurt.
