Turns out a lot of what we were taught growing up was… questionable. From religion and sex to shame and silence, we’re revisiting the rules we followed and asking who they actually helped. Spoiler: not us.

One of us followed the rules. One of us made people nervous. In this episode, we talk family roles, anxiety vs. intuition, perfectionism, control, motherhood, bipolar disorder, religion, and the uncomfortable truth about who gets labeled “easy” and who gets labeled “too much.” Nothing packaged. Nothing softened. We probably shouldn’t have said that.
