We are surrounded by sleep trackers, red light therapy, grounding mats, protein rules, diet labels, supplement stacks, nervous system hacks, and wellness routines that sometimes create more stress than peace. And while many of these tools can be helpful, they were never meant to replace the simple rhythms our bodies still crave: sunlight, fresh air, real food, rest, quiet, boredom, nature, and connection. This episode is for the woman who is tired, overstimulated, bloated, anxious, overwhelmed, or feeling like her healing routine has become another full-time job. We’ll talk about real food, nervous system regulation, sleep, sunshine, seed oils, mineral sunscreen, rest without guilt, and why your body may be asking you to slow the hell down. Because around here, we do not do stressful wellness. We seek peace.
