What If You're Not The Problem?
It’s Day 8 of the June Challenge, and I am celebrating a powerful weigh-in moment - starting at 224, went up to 227 and now at 218. After completing her first full week of working out with Walk-A-Mile With Me LIVE on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, an unexpected fall on Sunday changed the plan. While walking down just two steps, her left knee gave out, causing swelling, pain, and the need to pause from walking. But the journey is not over. In this episode, Regina talks about honoring progress, listening to the body, adjusting movement, and refusing to let one setback erase the courage it took to begin.
