Whatever You Can Know.
In this episode, I'm reading a post I am shared on Substack on the 14th March 2026. I talk about how the beliefs I created as a child to feel safe, shaped me into a resilient, self-reliant, helpful and independent adult who was too afraid to ask for help, in fear of being rejected. And how a recent cry for help to alleviate the financial burden of purchasing and training an assistance dog for my daughter, who is blind, autistic and anxious, did the very opposite.
