After having fun in the kitchen, they stopped in the walk-in freezer for a tour. Then, they sat down to discuss Mike's incredible career while enjoying signature dishes like the chicken parm, tableside carbonara and tiramisu. Come hungry!

Partner Eric Heidenberger walks us through the food menu, and then we head upstairs to the rooftop to go over the Spring cocktail menu with Partner Frank Wilson. His favorite cocktail on the menu was inspired by his honeymoon travels. Erin ends the episode behind the bar with Beverage Director Giovanni Maramis whipping up a signature drink.
