Goad leads the Boyd County softball program in all-time homeruns, single season homeruns, all-time RBI, all-time runs scored, all-time hits, and all-time doubles. Her #11 is the first and only number retired in Boyd County softball history. She is a Marshall softball signee and will play for the Thundering Herd next season.

Bartrum played 13 seasons in the National Football League and is a member of the Marshall University Athletics Hall of Fame. In 1992, he was a key piece on the Thundering Herd’s Division 1-AA National Championship team.
