In his memory, we wanted to do the right thing: build a better sense of community among cooks, chefs, restaurant workers, and food lovers in Las Vegas & worldwide. Lo is an Emmy-nominated journalist who has straddled two careers as a TV Newscaster & Chef. She's cooked at The James Beard House and learned from some of the the top chefs in the world. Lou is an accomplished food photographer, chef, and world traveler. Her work has been featured in major publications and restaurants across The Las Vegas Strip and beyond. Thanks for listening!
