In this very first episode of the 360 Self Love Podcast, I share the story behind the podcast, the meaning of “360 Self Love,” and the life-changing experience that began my self-love journey.
After experiencing a severe panic attack at 23 years old, I found myself forced to confront the way I was living, treating my body, and disconnecting from myself.
What followed became the foundation of everything I teach today: discipline, self-respect, structure, resilience, nervous system healing, and learning how to truly support yourself through different seasons of life.
