After spending the last few years striving for what I want, I've recognised the importance of honouring my needs and how this creates a better chance of success that is truly fulfilling. So many of us grow up with 'hard work' as the system for success when actually, attending to our needs can be the most fruitful thing we do for having a life that we love.
