I don't know if it's that seasonal depression creeping in but lately, I have been in my head ALOT trying to figure out what I truly want to do. I feel like this is a yearly thing when I notice myself getting stagnant in life. It's a way of me taking a step back and reevaluating everything I'm doing in my current life stage to see if I think I'm staying in line with my goals. I know all of us go through this little slump and it helps to know that there's someone right there with you experiencing the same exact feelings. Trust that we are gonna be good regardless of what comes our way, it's all a part of the journey  -Ang

Moving out of your hometown

It's common for people to be hesitant to move out of the town they grew up in because of fear of leaving what they're used to. In this episode, I brought on guests to share our own perspectives, stories, and experiences that came along with taking that leap. We talk about the good and the bad of making a decision like this and how it's shaped us into who we all are today. If you're debating on making a choice to leave, listen to this and go with your gut on the next move you decide to take. It's so scary at first but I believe you should at least experience life outside the place you grew up in to gain a better perspective on the world around you at least once in your life. always all love -ang

YOU vs YOU

I feel like it's so normal to become blind to what's really getting in the way of the life you truly want to live, it's very easy to blame external sources for validating why you're not where you want to be. This past month I have been really reflecting on who truly has full control of your decisions and it's you...you have the power in your hands on how you want to live your life. I touch more on this in this episode using my experiences and trying to learn from them. Everything I say in this episode & in all my episodes are all food for thought, my perspective is constantly changing. I just ultimately wanted to just bring awareness to this and hopefully spark something in you to shift your perspective and live a life YOU want to live.  always all love  -ang

Expectations

These past 2 weeks I've been in my head a lot because I felt like I wasn't where I initially thought I would be at this point in my life. But, after realizing that it was the expectations that I originally put on myself and that no one else put on me. That was when it hit me that expectations only set us up for failure and you live a much happier life when you don't expect anything from anyone. So I literally recorded this yesterday because I had to talk about it with myself more and see how deep I could dig into it on my own. In this episode, I dive deeper into it and try to figure it out more as I talk about these types of situations. The main thing I learned is that in order to avoid disappointment, you have to take everything exactly as it comes instead of romanticizing about what it could be.

Music that was there 4 me pt. 1

Music has played such a massive part in my life and impacted me in so many ways that it was just a matter of time before I started diving into it and dissecting which projects have been there for me the most. In this episode, I'm starting a series where I select a few years out of my life and talk about what specific albums helped me navigate that point in my life or just basically made me feel whole.
