This podcast is dedicated to being a profound source of: growth, truth, knowledge, progressive thinking and peacefulness with increased motivation, self-healing, wellness, spiritual development, facts, laughs, best practices, empowerment, conflict management and more. Why...because we have the foresight to understand we need to be the best version of ourselves now and when this is “over.” Growth at the pace of now! Listen and engage with a truly caring, proven perspective...learn new skills and consider actions that lead to better outcomes in your personal, family and work lives. Having trained, coached, facilitated or spoken to over 10,000 individuals and professionals at all levels of the organizational chart, Dave Gerber has an authentic, transformative and dynamic style. Dave may be the only one on the planet with this unique background and experience as a master educator, sports coach, corporate/organizational trainer, author, facilitator, leadership coach with an Instructor Level Black Belt in Krav Maga (self-defense)...and he has his Master Certificate in Reiki, Japanese energy healing. He also has a BA in Sociology and Gender Studies, a Master’s in Education, nearly a dozen professional certificates from top institutions, taught high school, taught Teachers & Administrators wrote ten books, has worked with top organizations and companies...and has also worked in restaurants and been a camp counselor, been a radio host for “Preparing for Robots” and so much more.
