As a Certified Eating Psychology Coach, I help women all around the world transform their relationship with food, body, and themselves, and in this podcast, my hope is to help you transform the way you look at your food problems and go from feeling frustrated and hopeless to feeling empowered and ready as ever to take your life back. See, I believe all food issues are life issues. When you're not showing up and shining as your fullest, badass self, as you were always meant to be, you turn to food to fill you up.
