Dressage For All | Steph Bradley

From 11 - 15 November, we're shining a spotlight on our members with Dressage For All Week, seeking to raise awareness for the various different pathways available to those taking part in affiliated dressage activity, whilst aiming to understand more about each other's individual experiences and personal challenges. This one's for the dressage ladies! Steph Bradley is a BDCC coach, rider, saddle fitter and student of Gloucestershire University where she's dedicated her time and energy into producing a pioneering piece of research on how the perimenopause and menopause impacts riders. We talk through what the effects are, why Steph chose this subject as an area of interest, what the impact is on participation and how we can manage this. It's a fascinating discussion! BD International | #2 Paris Selection Special

On 27 June, the British Olympic Association announced the line-up of four riders heading to Paris 2024 to represent Team GB. Carl Hester, Charlotte Dujardin, Lottie Fry and Becky Moody are the British Dressage athletes making the voyage to Versailles, and we caught up with all four superstar athletes as they collected their team kit at the Team GB Kitting Out day. Grades, Greys & Grand Prix A | Your introduction to Para Dressage
