This podcast was born, during the Covid-19 lockdown, when we stayed more at home, we communicated more with our friends (close and far) and we used more technology. These are some of the wonderful reasons that led us to start our online discussions. Our channel is our virtual living room and our ...couch. It is where we feel comfortable, we meet our friends, we talk our truth and we exchange stories and experiences. It was a period that our couch took a completely different meaning - it became the place where we spent most of our days, where we worked, where we talked, where we progressed our lives. It became a platform - rather than a comfortable spot - that gave us the potential to think differently, adapt to the new situation and try new things. We actively and consciously decided not to become “couch potatoes” but rather sit on our couch and open up, share and connect with you all. We leave our living room's door open for anyone out there who is curious to join us, challenge their thinking and hear our thoughts. Welcome! Olga & Constance
