Wales’ Semiconductor Workforce of Tomorrow

Around 3,000 people in South Wales are currently employed in organisations which are part of CSConnected, the world’s first compound semiconductor cluster. But the global semiconductor industry is facing a workforce shortfall of up to 300,000 people by 2030.
