Like any other deal, they all come with their own set of challenges… This one was no different…
The manner in which these challenges were handled by Michael showed just the type of man he was.
A man with integrity, A man that does what he says, A man that is true to his heart and A man with the demeanor of an incredibly decent human being…
Michael and I have since become friends but before that,
Michael’s successes were built through his broad experience of renovating and adding value to single family homes, developing and bringing subdivisions conversions to market, including repositioning and seasoning multifamily complexes across CA, TX, TN and FL.
In the last 20 years, Michael has personally bought, developed, renovated and sold hundreds of homes. There’s a consistent skillset of asset sourcing, running teams, and delivering results with design-led renovations to profitable outcomes.
Real Estate aside, As A Two-Time Cancer Survivor, reflecting on how the art of Aikido serves aa a lifeline in processing mental and physical recovery, through his “Short Documentary” WOLF IN HIS BELLY, Michael has recently been recognized on the international film-fest circuit in the category of ‘Short Documentary’, and viewed by thousands of people and juries in over 30 countries. It’s been selected by over 70 film festivals so far, achieving 30+ wins (LA, NY, London, Paris, Vancouver, etc etc), plus Eastern Europe, India and Asia, and is now ‘Best Short Documentary’ at Cannes Shorts, a noteworthy award!
