100 | Because You Showed Up: What 99 Episodes Taught Me About Strength and Story

100 | Because You Showed Up: What 99 Episodes Taught Me About Strength and Story What I’ve Learned from 100 Episodes (And What’s Next) 🎉 Milestone Episode! 🎉 Welcome to the 100th episode of Especially Organized: Sensible Solutions for Special Needs Moms! In this very special episode, I’m taking a moment to reflect on the journey — from launching this podcast with zero experience to building a space that has reached listeners across more than 35 countries. Over the past two years, I've spent 500+ hours creating content aimed at helping moms raising disabled children feel a little more organized, empowered, and seen. In this episode, I share: * Lessons learned about podcasting, connection, and community * The power of presence and storytelling in disability parenting * A few favorite episodes that resonated deeply with listeners * Why showing up — for yourself, your child, and your community — truly matters I also open up about how my daughter continues to inspire me to show up authentically and joyfully, and why I believe every parent in this community deserves to feel that their presence has impact. 🌟 Plus: I’m taking a short break! I’ll be back later this year with refreshed content, powerful conversations, and — yes — more hugs and Red Bulls. 99 | When Everyone Moves In: Creating Space Without Losing Yourself

99 | When Everyone Moves In: Creating Space Without Losing Yourself Welcome back to Especially Organized: Sensible Solutions for Special Needs Moms! In this heartfelt and incredibly practical episode, Angela O’Brien sits down with Stephanie Deininger, professional organizer and host of Organize and Cherish [https://organizeandcherish.com/], to talk about what happens when everyone moves in—kids becoming adults, aging parents needing support, and the sandwich generation moms trying to hold it all together. We talk about the emotional, physical, and mental clutter that comes with multi-generational living and share compassionate, actionable strategies to help you create boundaries, preserve your own space, and make your home feel like home again. Whether you're drowning in boxes, navigating family dynamics, or just trying to figure out where to put the Lego sets and heirloom china, this episode is for you. 💡 What You’ll Learn: * What it means to be part of the sandwich generation * Why organizing is about more than just stuff—it’s about identity and emotional space * How to set boundaries in a loving, realistic way * Tips for merging households without losing your mind (or your storage space) * The importance of having even one space that’s just for you * How to start small, find support, and take the pressure off Want to chat with Stephanie?
