Self Acceptance Meditation

May the affirmations delivered resonate harmoniously. May you feel the elevation. May you receive the upgrade. May you feel empowered to continue, to expand, and to be alive. I accept every me I’ve ever known, and the versions of myself I was too afraid to get to know. I accept my levels of comfort with intimacy. I accept how myself processes emotions. I accept how myself chooses to feel through their feelings. I accept that I have permission to feel all of my emotions. I accept that myself is already whole, complete, and healed. I accept that I am an overflowing well of unconditional love. I accept where I am along my journey of evolution as a creator. I accept how I am creating my reality. I accept my talents, and allow myself room to fully express. I accept my divine gifts, and grant us permission to share them with purpose. I accept that we are uniquely beautiful. I accept how my beauty looks and feels to me. I accept how myself authentically expresses joy, bliss, and happiness.
