In this final episode of 'The Power of She Chats,' a special conversation series hosted by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Phi Upsilon Zeta Chapter serving Sterling, VA, we continue celebrating our Finer Womanhood Observance by exploring our core principles through the stories of women who lead with conviction. We are joined by Buta Biberaj, former Commonwealth’s Attorney for Loudoun County. Buta shares her journey from a non-political role to the heart of the legal system, driven by a desire to stop the system from throwing away people with potential. We will also discuss why being engaged and voting is the most important lift we can do to ensure our justice system truly reflects our community's needs. Social justice truly is “finer”.

Today, we are highlighting a woman who embodies this 'Power of She'—someone who has transitioned from a career in the federal government to become a pillar of historic preservation in Loudoun County. Donna Bohanon is a public historian, Lead Education Associate at Oatlands, and Chair of the Black History Committee of the Friends of the Thomas Balch Library. Donna’s work reminds us that our stories are our strength, and that by 'getting the story right,' we honor the full legacy of our community."

The Honorable Lorrie Sinclair Taylor serves as the Chief Judge of the 20th Judicial District. Prior to her elevation to the bench, she spent over two decades as a distinguished litigator and served as a substitute judge in the General District and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts. A graduate of George Mason University and the William & Mary Law School, Judge Taylor is widely respected for her commitment to judicial excellence and community empowerment.
