Who you are today comes directly from who you were yesterday, the day before, etc. Therefore, to be "fully fit" opens up a conversation about constantly striving for growth. Fully Fit is an ideal state of being that we will never achieve, it's the bullseye we're all trying to hit. It's a never-ending chase that we must be willing to strive for if we are to live our best life possible.
