Detroit Lakes City Administrator Kelcey Klemm provides listeners with the latest developments on local restaurants able to open dine-in, outdoor seating areas as guided by Minnesota Governor Tim Walz's latest executive order (20-63). Detroit Lakes City Council held a special meeting on May 27th to approved permits for a little over a dozen local restaurants who don't typically have outdoor seating to utilize public areas such as parking lots or city sidewalks to provide outdoor areas through October 31st, 2020.
