I am someone who loves to be alone but today I realize that this does not mean that I take the time to truly be with myself. So I have decided to do an experiment being with myself for 30 days... for real!

Episode 014 - None of the thoughts are real

We are sure that what we think is real but actually we do not know! As long as we do not have the money, the lover or the boss "under our eyes", all those situations do not exist. They are only thoughts.

The mind is very useful but we have to give her some work to do. The only work she is good at is collecting data and analyse things. We have to use this awesome skill to make our life easier and much more interesting.
