YBTT: PUT YOUR GUARD DOWN
On this episode of YBTT...it's another journey into what is going on currently in my mind. Letting go of my radio life has been a real struggle, and guess what, that's OK. And this week, on my mind is the fact that I caught some shit when I started to talk about my struggles and society told me as a dude, I'm not supposed to do that. Get outta here. It's helped me so much during all this, that I know there is someone else out there that could benefit from taking that chance, and letting their guard down.

You're Better Than That Podcast are the inner thoughts of myself, Tony Patrico, as I focus on being the best father, partner, and man that I can be. After a social media scandal caused me to lose my employment, I hit rock bottom. But, I didn't give up. Panic attacks. Crisis Centers. Medicine. Tears. Thoughts. But, I didn't give up.
