Discover YOUR true SELF - what is your story? | Anna Łękawska [ENG]
Today’s episode is a conversation about returning to yourself, about slowing down in a world that never stops accelerating, and about asking yourself questions that have the power to change the direction of your life. It is also a conversation about how, among all the voices coming from the outside, to finally hear the one voice that truly matters, your own.
Have you ever wondered at what point we lose connection with ourselves? Or what it really means to trust your intuition when nothing feels certain? And is it possible to consciously create your life instead of simply reacting to it?
Today, we will explore these questions and many other aspects of change, awareness, and inner strength with Anna Lekawska, an anthropologist, transformation leader, and writer-researcher who has spent more than eighteen years supporting people through change and helping them transform it into a conscious art of living.
Anna combines science, experience, and intuition in her work. She says that she “heals through words,” and that her words are often the beginning of, or support for, a transformation process. She is also someone who can step into more difficult, less obvious spaces and help others find meaning, direction, and light within them.
The starting point for our conversation is her debut book, Discover YOUR true SELF, which invites us to slow down, look inward, and ask ourselves one of the most important questions of all: What will your story be?
In this conversation, Anna will talk to us about, among other things:
• what true transformation means to her, and what most often holds us back from it
• how to learn to listen to yourself in a world full of expectations and constant stimulation
• what intuition really is, and how to distinguish it from fear
• what it means to start over, without always waiting for a crisis
• and how to make decisions that are truly your own.
Enjoy listening!
