Destroying AI

In this episode, I dismantle AI panic or as I call it, somatic panic: the full-body fear response we project onto technology when our nervous systems are already overwhelmed. This isn’t about machines. This is about the parts of us that break before any algorithm ever does. Here, I start laying the foundation for my philosophy, Somatic Futurism — the idea that in the age of AI, the real frontier isn’t the machine, but the body interpreting it. I talk about why our reactions to AI feel so intense, why the future feels threatening, and how to shift from fear into embodied awareness. This episode is the beginning of a new framework for understanding ourselves in a technological age — one built on sensation, intuition, and actual nervous system truth. This is Somatic Futurism — the movement that brings the future back into the body.
