Why one unexpected question can reveal the root of someone’s struggle
How shifting from rigid goals to personal attitudes can completely change the way we measure success

Today's Guest: Mordy Gottlieb ( https://thegamechangergroup.com/ [https://thegamechangergroup.com/] )
For years, I lived by the belief that strength meant control, never showing weakness, never slowing down, never letting anyone see behind the mask. On the outside, I looked like I had it all together. But underneath, I carried a deep sense of shame and disconnection that quietly shaped everything in my life.
That experience became the foundation for my work. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, and Behavioral Expert, I help men face the parts of themselves they’ve spent years avoiding the pain, perfectionism, and pressure to perform and guide them toward authenticity, vulnerability, and freedom.
My approach is experiential and action-based, using psychodrama and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help people move beyond understanding and into real transformation. I’m passionate about creating honest, human conversations that challenge the old definition of masculinity and show that strength isn’t about control, it’s about connection.
I love podcast spaces that dig deeper conversations that explore healing, emotional awareness, and how we rebuild our relationship with ourselves. I don’t just talk about mental health; I talk about what it feels like to be human and how we can learn to meet that with compassion and courage.
