Meganne Christian - Christmas Episode

Hello friends, Merry Christmas to you all! Here’s a very special bonus episode of the OneTrackMinds podcast, with a very festive theme. Just one guest on today’s show, although her list of achievements is so long that its a wonder she could easily cover for two or more… She is Meganne Christian, a materials scientist, atmospheric physicist and a member of the European Space Agency, which means she’s a proper, bona-fide astronaut… Meganne told this story on stage at WOMAD festival in summer 2023, and we asked her back to tell it again at Wilton’s Music Hall in February this year. As you’ll soon discover, it’s best listened to at Christmas time… Unfortunately, due to rights reasons, we can’t play our storytellers’ chosen songs in the podcast, but you can listen to them by following these links: White Wine In The Sun by Tim Minchin Listen on Spotify [https://open.spotify.com/track/526mDk6dMvJqgtMpsEy8PP?si=42a81b82003f4fb3] || Apple Music [https://music.apple.com/gb/album/white-wine-in-the-sun/345894009?i=345894011] The OneTrackMinds Podcast is presented by Adam Shakinovsky and Kristian Brodie, and produced by Haresh Patel for VERYFINE Ltd. Thanks to all of you for listening this year - wherever you are and whoever you’re with, we wish you the happiest of Christmases. We’ll see you again in 2025. KB.
