We all have thoughts we filter. The words we swallow. The truths we soften. In this first episode, we talk about everything we don’t say out loud— in relationships, in friendships, and to ourselves. This is about the conversations we avoid. The thoughts we edit to stay liked. The truths we bury to keep things comfortable. In this episode, we get honest about what we don’t say— and why it quietly shapes everything.

FASHION vs الحرية

اليوم نعيش في عصر السرعة. اذا موضة معينة بدات امس في باريس تصل بعد ساعات او حتى دقايق للعالم. لكن تقبلها لن يكون بنفس الطريقة في جميع المجتمعات التي يمكن ان تقمع حرية اختيار موضة او fashion معينة. فهل حرية اختيارنا وتقبله من عايلتنا ومحيطنا يقدر ينمي فينا ثقافة الحرية بكل ابعادها ؟ انا ياسين من البليدة في الجزاير اتحدث عن تجربتي مع هذا الامر.

هل هناك علاقة بين "الأكل" والحرية؟ is there a correlation between food and freedom ??

هادي المرة رجعت لوقت الصغر حتى اتكلم على كيف اختياري لوجبات غذائي او عشائي قدر يبني نظرتي الحالية لمفهوم الحرية. This time I decided to go back in time and talk about how being able to choose my meals can build a better understanding of freedom.

أول مرة جربت "الحرية" First time experiencing “FREEDOM “

ربما تضحكوا اذا عرفتوا ماهي اول تجربة لي مع"الحرية".. في اول عدد من "مشروع حرية" سارجع بالزمن لتذكر مختلف محطات اكتشاف الحرية. من المدرسة والجامعة وصولا الى الحياة العملية. الحرية التي اتكلم عنها لها ابعاد مختلفة حتى حرية اكل ما تريد لها علاقة.
