JJ BIRDEN talks about being undersized but his speed and his hands are what made him a successful NFL wide receiver for the Kansas City Chiefs and gave him the experiences to share as a motivational speaker. ASHER ALLEN shares his time with amazing teammates, hanging 'em up after 3 years in the league and how he now works with athletes and non-athletes through his company RARE (Real Athletes in Real Estate).
